Beta 7 - CRT effect

Beta 7

Added optional effects:
- A CRT effect (with half-pixel scanlines and chromatic aberration with half a pixel offset)
-Color limit shader (limits to 40 colors)

Please let me know if the update breaks anything or doesn't run as smooth as the previous betas.
