Version 0.1.5 - new level, lots of tweaks

There's been a lot of minor changes.
Trying to get this finished like maybe in a month or so. Still planning on two new tracks, one being a longer one, maybe 500m or 1km.

The bike selection has been moved to the settings menu, as I'm focusing on balancing the game especially for the basic bike. Might add more game altering options there later, big head mode maybe? :---)

Also, I need names for the tracks, suggestions are welcome!
