Version 0.2.0 - new level + courier mode

New in this version:
-New level "Slippery Slope"
-Courier mode: don't let the backpack touch the ground. Enable in the settings
-Spoke card or "räpätin", a piece of cardboard between the spokes. Enable in the settings for some annoying noises
-Some iterations on previous tracks
