Version 0.1.9 - extended tracks + diamond trophies

New in 0.1.9:
-Extended the 3rd, 4th and 5th tracks
-Added diamond trophies: finish the track in near perfect time to get them
-Added tutorial text
-Made the cyclist rotate more while airborne (according to the corresponding pedal pressed)
-Lots of minor improvements
